INSTRUCTIONS/REQUESTS FOR PRESENTERS
Plan to present for 20 minutes and allow ~10 minutes for Q&A.
- Please send final presentations by Tuesday, 2/17 at noon. This provides us with time to load them onto the presentation laptop and test them. It also makes for a smoother program.
- Upload your presentation to this Box folder: https://caltech.app.box.com/f/02b69dad953b4a1a8ddbad447a5ac539
- Ideally, your presentation would be in PowerPoint in 16:9 format. Keynote is also ok (no PDFs – these could have formatting issues).
- Slides should not be text heavy. It's always easier for the audience member if a slide has a graphic with minimal text.
- Please let us know if your presentations include video or sound.
- During breakfast, between 8:00 and 8:45 am, there will be time for each presenter to click through their slides.
